LinConnect is built to keep your data where it belongs — in your browser. This policy explains exactly what we do and don't collect, and who processes the little data that leaves your device.
1. Who we are
LinConnect ("we", "us") is a Chrome browser extension and this website, linconnect.pro, that helps recruiters send personalized LinkedIn connection invitations at a safe, human-like pace. For any privacy question, contact us at support@linconnect.pro.
2. Data in the extension
The extension runs on LinkedIn search pages and stores everything it needs locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. This includes:
- Your settings — delay range, daily and weekly limits, note template, and toggles.
- Local counters — how many invites you've sent per day and over the last 7 days.
- Local diagnostics — simple counts (e.g. invites sent, skipped, or limit warnings) to help you and our support troubleshoot.
3. Payments
The optional paid "Pro" plan is handled by ExtensionPay, which uses Stripe to process payments. When you upgrade, ExtensionPay and Stripe process the data needed for the subscription — typically your email address and payment details. We receive only your paid/unpaid status and the email associated with your subscription so the extension can unlock Pro. We never see or store your card details.

4. This website
linconnect.pro is a static informational site. It sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address to serve those fonts; see the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Why the extension asks for its permissions

6. Sharing & processors
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. The only third parties that process any data are the service providers that make LinConnect work:
- ExtensionPay and Stripe — subscription and payment processing.
- Google Fonts — serving fonts on this website.
7. Retention & deletion
Settings, counters, and diagnostics live in your browser until you clear them. You can delete them at any time by removing the extension or clearing the browser's storage for the extension. Payment records held by ExtensionPay/Stripe are retained according to their policies and applicable law; to delete your subscription data, cancel your subscription and contact us.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Because settings and counters are stored locally, you already control that data directly. For payment-related data or any request, email support@linconnect.pro and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate / VDAI).
9. Children
LinConnect is a professional recruiting tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice where appropriate.
