These terms govern your use of the LinConnect browser extension and the linconnect.pro website. By installing or using LinConnect, you agree to them.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and LinConnect regarding the LinConnect extension and website (the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
LinConnect adds a control panel to LinkedIn People search results so you can send connection invitations one at a time, with an optional personalized note, at a randomized pace within daily and weekly limits. It offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" tier with additional features (your full daily limit, personalized {name} notes, and auto-next paging).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service with your own LinkedIn account. You are responsible for your account and for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach.
4. Plans & billing
- Free: available at no cost, with feature and daily-limit restrictions described in the app.
- Pro: a recurring subscription (currently €4.99/month) billed through ExtensionPay and Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the extension's payment/subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the initial purchase. Beyond that, because access is granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something isn't working, email us — we aim to be fair and will consider reasonable refund requests.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use LinConnect to send spam, harass, deceive, or contact people unlawfully, and to keep your volume and pace reasonable. You are solely responsible for the messages you send and the people you contact. Do not attempt to resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.

LinConnect, its name, logo, code, and content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result — including with respect to LinkedIn's behaviour, which is outside our control and may change at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinConnect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or LinkedIn account access, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
12. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, with additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
